midsection fat

May 9th, 2007 · No Comments

I have recently been diagnosed with gallstones and like some other
folks, Im nervous about the flush and the possibility of stones getting
caught. I have also had a noticeable weight gain around the middle. Im
now eating a lot of apples and other raw foods, avoiding refined carbs
and saturated fats, and trying only to consume “good” fats. […]

First flush not satisfactory

May 7th, 2007 · 1 Comment

Cristian;
It would certainly behoove you to use Epson salts the next time you do a flush.
The reason for this is that Magnesium Sulfate will act as a softener for the
bile duct allowing for greater elasticity. Its softening effect is used by many
to help with softening the skin by bathing in it.
[…]

Hello everybody,
I am Cristian Popovici from Romania - 42 y.o - I was diagnosticated
with gal bladder stones (microcalcules - 2,3 mm). Last Saturday evening
I tried the gall bladder cleanse with 300 ml olive oil and the juice

gelatine […]

May 3rd, 2007 · No Comments

I did my 15th flush last Sunday (1 week ago). I had been taking
taurine 500mg a day on the advice of my doctor. This time, I passed
about 20 white stones. I suspect they are cholesterol. Usually I
pass green stones. THis time I passed 2 large green stones and these
white stones. I suspect it was the […]

Great Second Flush

April 21st, 2007 · No Comments

Last week I finished my second flush - I’m not big on counting the
stones, as I’m not very comfortable staring at my BMs, but maybe
someday I’ll get a count.
I have been having GB attacks pretty regularly, which had been
stopping me from enjoying ‘normal’ foods (bread and a small amount of
butter, […]

Successful flush

April 20th, 2007 · 1 Comment

Hi all, I rarely post on this forum, however, I’ve been a member for
almost 2 years. I just finished my 3rd flush and the first in over a
year. The results were fantastic. Everything went extremely smooth.
I followed Clark’s method. I had no problems with the epsom salts
even though I certainly didn’t […]

Fatty Roll

April 16th, 2007 · No Comments

The fatty roll above my waist has disappeared since doing my three flushes.
I’ve had it since I was pregnant with my first child (9 years).
My gallbladder doesn’t cramp and seize up anymore. If I am doing stretches
at the gym, it may cramp, but it releases right away again. YAY!
I had a polyp in my gallbladder, […]

Questions about diet and Oxypowder’s flush.

April 15th, 2007 · 1 Comment

Brian,
Thank you for posting this recipe. I will try this when I can find the ginger
root. It is
hard to find in my little town.
Are you supposed to drink all 4 cups of the ginger tea? Over what length of
time?
Is this the regular ginger root found in an ordinary grocery store?
Thanks again.
Kathleen

Gallbladder Attack - Any Quick Relief?

April 12th, 2007 · 2 Comments

Hello all!
I’m wondering what other folks do to help *during a gallbladder
attack* to help with the pain?
I’ve read that some take epsom salts (1tsp - 1tbs) in water or juice.
A few have said olive oil?
What have you tried, and what works for you?

Eww Yuck - Second Flush

April 6th, 2007 · No Comments

I did my second flush today. All I can say is, “Eww! Yuck!”
I had done a cleansing enema yesterday so that I would be able to identify
the stones easier without having to use a colander.
Well, I flushed more than 400 stones. That’s an estimate as there was so
many green chunks I didn’t know if they […]
