or at least the majority of us don’t do, is to prepare our own
cultured/fermented vegetables..which makes them into a wonderful easy to digest
food, full of enzymes and good bacteria that is good for the whole digestive
system.
Other foods like milk can be made into kefir, but you do ideally need the milk
to be raw..and dairy is somewhat a no no for people with liver/gallbladder
issues..
I got my product to make home grown pickles from
www.perfectpickler.com it only takes 4 days to make a batch..
at first one does get a bit bloated and windy, as the new good bacteria start to
displace the bad bacteria..
enjoy! and its cheap!
bought pickles are often pasteurised.
