About gall stones

Late last night I was gaving some gallbladder pain. I took two aspirin and a
Magnesium
Citrate capsule and went to bed, laying on my right side. The pain just
continued and was
pretty miserable. Then I switched to my leftt side, the pain shifted and
increased a bit and
then abruptly just vanished! Did I pass the stone that was causing the pain, or
did it just fall
back into the gallbladder?
