Outside of doing a flush, when you are having an attack or just
feeling very bad due to eating something to cause the discomfort, what
is recommended to alleviate the pain and discomfort? I know that
antacids, etc. are not recommended, so what do you use or do?
Thanks for the advice.
need some advice

Along the lines of Apple Cider Vinegar & such…I was told by a
Steve
couple of alternative practitioners that the apple juice needs to be
non-homogenized, which means freshly juiced and/or specifically non-
homogenized (my understanding at least). This is supposed to
increase the malic acid content from the apples and the acid helps
break down stones.
I am juicing granny smith apples (4) & lemons (1/3), plus a radish
for good measure several times daily. It’s early so I don’t have any
results, but I would love to hear other juice mixtures that have
worked for folks.
How many use the apple cider vinegar with any luck? What brands?
Used for pain? Used to soften stones? Used to promote general GB
health? What do you mix it with - honey - water - nothing?
Sorry to bake so much into one post, but I got on a roll

Ok, you’ve piqued my interest — what Chinese herbs? Are you taking
Chinese Bitters? What else? The woman at my local health food store
looked at me like I was crazy for talking about both Chinese herbs and
homeopathics in the same breath (hmm perhaps I am, but just a little).
Thanks,
Steve
