Tina I don’t know about the cholestrol level causing gallstones, but I can tell
you that I switched to Soy milk and my cholestrol went down 18 over all in a
year and 16 on my bad and my good was up 1. I did cut out alot of my cheese but
not all. My main thing was just switching to soy milk

    Tina is there a reason that you are anti soy? Something I might need to know?

    Thanks Tina for sharing the info.
    It scares me when people swear by
    taking lots of soy.
    I don’t know if there is a difference or not but I don’t take the supplement I
    only added the milk.
    Maybe yours is just your genetic makeup and you may not be able to handle it
    through foods and supplements.
    I do know that meat and diary are bad for cholestrol and I cut out almost all my
    diary, only have red meat once in a while. Chicken more than I should. I was
    lead to think that chicken did not contain that much cholestrol but it
    does…(lucky me) :) God Bless!!!

    Tina I am continuing to read about the soy on the Mercola website and while I
    still have to do more research for myself (like we all do) I can see why you
    stay away from Soy.
