About gall stones

Dear Sir / Madam,
12 years back i had operated my gallstone and it removed.
Now i am facing a problem with my comon bile duct, few months ago i
have done ERCP to clean my stone which was in cbd but still my CBD is
dialated and it shows 10mm in size, right now there is no stone. My
blood report is ok.
Should i go through the gallstone clean programme.
Pls revert as soon as possible
