Hi
I havealways wanted to try a gallstone flush, but have heard somewhere that it
is a definate no-no to do it b4 first killing parasites. My budget is very
tight right now and the parasite program seems to be quite lengthy, so doing a
gallstone flush is something right now that appeals to me. I just recently
transitioned to a vegan diet, after coming off a 15 day fast (began as the
Master Cleanse, but the last 9 days were water fasting). Anyway, is this the
consensus? Anyone have any personal insight into this to share?
Bright Blessings,
Suzy
Must I do a parasite cleanse first?

Doing the flush without the parasite cleanse is better than doing
nothing.
In the meantime, try to incorporate anti parasite things into your
diet such as garlic………. look into herbs that may be helpful
for parasites. These may be plentifully found in nature at this time
of year and may also work well. CAUTION - some are very potent, so
do your research carefully.

Hello Suzanne-
You can find products that have the three parasite killing herbs at the health
food store. Prices range from 8$-30, and usually you have to buy two. My
favorite is Renew Life (30$) because it has many supportive herbs in it, and
it’s the first one I’ve ever used…I had great results, although switching to a
fresh, clean diet is certainly the key…home cooking!
There are other brands, some come in tincture only, and some w/pills too.
Para-free is like 10$, and ParaStroy is around 23$- guess it depends on where
you live…
If nothing else, I do the cleanses right at income tax return every yr! I
agree with someone who said it, that doing the liver cleanses without para
cleansing is better than nothing, but I recommend at least buying one of the 10$
products and doing that for two wks first. The cheap stuff is very strong, so
lower the dose if you think you need to…
Best wishes,
Laura
