Is there any way to do a liver flush WITHOUT using epsom salts?
I don’t have a problem with the taste- I mean, it tastes awful but I
can tolerate that part. What I don’t like is how it affects me. I
already have very loose stools, and the ES make me very uncomfortable,
with abdominal cramps, diarhea, and a sore rectum from the
frequent,loose BMs.
I know that the ES are supposed to open up the bile ducts so that
stones don’t get stuck, but I’m not sure I need to worry about that.
On my liver u/s, they saw “gallbladder sludge” and “fatty
infiltrations in my liver” which I assume means that any stones I have
are very soft and small, and possibly it’s mostly chaff that hasn’t
formed real stones.
Would it work if I did a vegetable juice fast for a day or two, and
then took the olive oil/grapefruit juice mixture before bed, and
skipped the ES entirely?
