First flush not satisfactory

Cristian;
It would certainly behoove you to use Epson salts the next time you do a flush.
The reason for this is that Magnesium Sulfate will act as a softener for the
bile duct allowing for greater elasticity. Its softening effect is used by many
to help with softening the skin by bathing in it.
Of course the best thing you can be doing at this time is to avoid all
saturated animal fats and hydrogenated foods like those that are deep fried.
Taking Lecithin will help the liver produce a better bile, bile that is much
more capable of holding cholesterol in a suspended state. It can be likened to a
higher quality dish detergent. I high quality detergent will hold the fats and
oils better with out letting it precipitate to the sides of the sink and in this
case keep the cholesterol suspended with the bile salts to be deposited in the
small intestines to help with the breakdown of other fats and not become a
gallstone.
Other essential fatty acids will also help with the production of a better

quality of lipoproteins. HDL will do a scouring of the blood vessels for the LDL
and seek to help in the removal of an over abundance of them.
Maltic Acid is what you get from apples and is considered a great stone
softener. Not to mention apples also work quite well for providing soluble fiber
which along with insoluble fiber it is extremely helpful in removing waste from
the body.
When gallstones are allowed more oxygen they will turn to a liquid. Ways to get
more oxygen into the body is vigorous exercise. Another method is the use of
insufflated ozone. Insufflated ozone will get to the various organs very quickly
by means of the portal vein because of all the connections that there are to the
large intestines.
I will use an opportunity of getting a colonic to also do a flush since the
colonist that I use also uses ozone with the treatment. This really shortens the
time in which the flush is done to just a few hours rather than a few days,
which may entail fasting and getting the bowels cleared by using Epson Salts.
All I usually have to do is to ingest around four ounces of the purest of virgin
olive oil two to three hours before the colonic and it works like a charm. Often
oil can be seen since it will move through so quickly but will still have
stimulated the liver and gallbladder to release bile. Stones are usually notable
towards the end of a treatment at around an hour to an hour and a half as they
float along the top of the water unlike the other stuff that is in lower
suspension. Often more will show with a movement after being removed from the
equipment.
Be patient with yourself and chances are real good that with a proper diet as
well as exercise and flushing you will be able to keep your gallbladder.

Dear all,
I am Cristian Popovici from Bucharest-Romania, 42 y.o.
Last Saturday on the 27th of Feb. I had my first
gallbladder flush
being diagnosticated at echography (ultrasounds) with
small stones
between 2 and 3 milimeters. I followed the recipe with
300 ml olive oil and juice from 4 lemons without epsom
salt. I managed to eliminate some small stones, most
of them like green gelatine the next day, on Sunday.
Yesterday and the day before yesterday I felt badly,
with a gallbladder attack and I went immediately to a
new ultrasounds exam. They confirmed that the gall
bladder is still full of small stones. I don’t know
what happened and why I eliminated only a few. After
reading some more on the net, I saw that there are
lazyer gallbladders - mine might be one of this type -
and there are needed more flushes. I am planning to
have another flush this weekend. My questions are:
- Is it too soon for another flush after one week?
- Do you think that missing the Epsom salt, this was
the cause of non eliminating enough stones?
Thank you and kind regards to you all from Bucharest,
Cristian

Yes Taurine is an ingredient in “Red Bull”…but its a helluva pricey way too
buy it….I find here in Aust the cheapest source of
bulk amino acid powders or the like & even most supplements are the big fitness
/body builders superstores..These plays tend to buy in bulk
& are a lot cheaper generally than their main competition (here (for these
products (ie Health food/Vitamin shops …
No doubt Online bulk Taurine suppliers are very well priced too I would guess.

I also have lots of 2.2mm stones. I am hoping that

they will eventually dissolve, and pass out without
flushing anything except liquid bile. Malic acid with
    taurine taken together will help.
