Hi group,
I just finished the gb flush after the parasite and bowel cleanse. I
feel a lot better. I still have trouble with bowel movements so i’d
like to do the lemonade cleanse. the problem is i’m in school. I’m
sure most people here have a schedule that won’t allow them to take
laxatives or epsoms during the week for such a long time…
Do you think it will work well without the laxatives? I’m just worried
that having no food will cause no bowel movements since there is
nothing to crap out, for lack of better words
I’m already constipated with no known case and I don’t want to make it
worse. But, I do want to cleanse fully! Any opinions or experiences?!?!

Hi Shefy,
I have done many Master cleanses (lemonade diet). I never quit having
bowel movements. I think yuo are confusing thhe gallbladder flush with
the MC as you do not ingest epsom salts doing the MC. You should do a
sea salt flush but that is also an option to do a laxative tea instead.
You drink enough liquid to keep things moving quite well. I have
substituted oxy powder instead of the SWF which is much gentler than any
laxative or SWF for when I had to leave the house. I usually start amy
10 day cleanse with a liver flush which helps to move out toxins before
I start and I do not suffer from mush detox at all. I also end with a
liver flush which does produce gallstones even after 10 days of fasting.
You can do some more bowel cleansing from boughten cleanses if you are
unsure of the MC or you can do what I call mini cleanses which I do over
weekends inbetween my big cleanses. It will give you a feel for the
lemonade cleanse with out giving you stress about being away from the
bathroom while at classes.
