Did you shake the gallbladder and oil until it was totally blended?
How much of each did you use? I do not have any help with keeping the
oil/grapefruit juice down, but I have vomited during gallbladder attacks
as the gallbladder goes into its contractions. It may be a natural
reaction to try to assimilate the oil. I have no gall bladder now and
since losing the gallbladder I have not thrown up during flushing. How
much epsom salts did you use in each dose?
Diarrhea does not have to happen but it usually does. As long as your
intestines are clear when the flush happens and you do not retain the
toxins that is the ideal. As long as you ingested the right proportions
of epsom salts to relax the bile duct that is the important picture with
the epsom salts. Were you well hydrated before the flush to start
with. I know it says not to ingest anything before the flush but you
have to stay hydrated and I do not restrict my water intake before the
flush and I have very good results each time.

oil/grapefruit for like 1 hour. I was EXTREMELY nauseous. I did have diarehea
but didn’t see any stones. I think I kept down a little of the oil though bc I
feel my liver/gb working at it. I took one epsom last night which “worked”. I
took 2 doses today but still no diarhea?!!?!?! I ate tiny baked red potatoes
with apple juice and had lots of lemon in warm water. i feel my stomach
“working” but no diarhea and no stones!
flush tonight. I just ate some green beans and am drinking lots of apple juice.
I’m still nervous about taking the epsoms though. But no pain no gain! I’ll post
out how it goes tomorrow!

One suggestion - use “light” olive oil - you probably won’t throw up - also
rather than drink it all down quickly, drink it through a straw and take 15
minutes to get it down instead of 5! Take just a few small swallows at a time
and you can even rinse out your mouth with apple juice (don’t swallow it)
between series of swallows - I am sure you will be successful.
Also try mixing a few drops of peppermint oil in it. I bought some from the
health food store. It’s a bit expensive, but a very little goes a long,
long way, so go easy on it. It settles your tummy some and eases nausea. Just
use about 2 drops of the stuff.
