Hi all, I rarely post on this forum, however, I’ve been a member for
almost 2 years. I just finished my 3rd flush and the first in over a
year. The results were fantastic. Everything went extremely smooth.
I followed Clark’s method. I had no problems with the epsom salts
even though I certainly didn’t like it, I was able to tolerate it.
And the Olive Oil/grapefruit went down easily. Well, from what I
could count and I’m sure I missed a lot I counted 121 stones. To me
this is a very successful flush. I even took a picture of one of them
as it was quite large. It was the size of a large marble. I had four
that were that size. The rest were small marble size, pea size and
smaller. I also saw lots of sludge.
Right now I feel fantastic. As soon as I finished I had an instant
energy rush. For those of you that are new and are on the fence as to
what to do. Just try the flush. Its very simple and if you follow
the instructions you’ll have a very successful flush. Its worth
saving this very important organ.
Thanks
Craig

Hi all, I am in Australia. I did my first flush on the weekend after
having my first gallstone attack some weeks ago and researching
(mostly
through this forum). (I used Dr Hulda Clarke’s epsom and
oil/grapefruit routine).
Just one question really - hoping someone can help me. I passed
hundreds of soft greenish lumps with dark green cores - these seem to
be typical of the cholesterol stones discussed elsewhere - mostly
around 3 to 8mm in size (up to about 1/2″ diameter). These stones
floated and were easy to collect.
When I had my ultrasound (prior to the flush) the doctor identified a
mound of stones in my gallbladder and showed them to me - they were
around the 3mm size, but they did not float. He also told me that
they
were hard, calcified lumps. The flush did pass some gritty lumps,
although after some time I couldn’t handle trawling through my
excetions any more - these lumps were like largish grains of sand.
So the big question is - are the non-gritty lumps I passed actually
gallstones -
and if so, how do they go from sinking to floating? I’m pretty
certain
that the hard grainy ones where what I was hoping to pass, but not
sure
on the anatomy/physiology of the cholesterol lumps and where they
actually come from. Would these lumps have shown on the ultrasound,
do
they come from the gallbladder or had they been lurking in the
intestinal tract?
Hope someone can help, and thanks for this great forum
p.s. that last dose of epsoms was sure hard to stomach!!!
Kind regards, Jenny
