The best thing to do is eat as much fruit/juice as you can prior to
the flush–a week or more is great—the malic acid in the apple
juice/fruit is suppose to make the stones softer and rounder. Easing
their exit.
Many say drink unfiltered apple juice for a full one to three days
as well will help pass large stones. (so far I have not passed a
large stone)
For myself I have added more fruit/juice since my first attack and
continue to do so and have avoid all the bad fats except fats in
fish, meat and some veggies. I have stopped all dairy except low to
no fat milk. Any kind of fat will cause me to feel some pain so I
have to avoid most of it. But you need a tiny bit of fat so the
gallbladder will empty out–the key here is to reduce your fat
intake. And replace your diet with more veggies and fruit.
The day of the flush—you eat as little as possible—oatmeal is ok
( not good for some celiac’s though) (try rice cereal instead) or
just fruit in the morning–no eating after 2:00 just juice and water.
at 6:00 at night you do your first epsom salt mixture—1 tablespoon
added to either grapefruit or lemon juice –added to a cup of juice
to the epsom salts –drink this down and in a hour drink another.
(sometimes I use cranberry juice) I try and buy all juice with NO
sugar.
from 6:00 pm till 9:45 you should be going to the bathroom emptying
out your colon.
The less amount of food in it the easier it is.
I also think it’s easier to be drinking juice and water till 6:00–
this will continue to clean you out.
Next at 9:30 get your half of cup of extra virgin olive oil—extra
is best easier to get down–and add a cup or less of grapefruit or
lemon to the oil blend it as much as you can—
can place in a blender to mix it well.
Now the important part go to bed with your oil mixture and sip it
slowly while sitting up getting it all down.
If you feel you are going to throw up slow it down or stop till you
get over the feeling. If you have too stop drinking it. (sometimes I
can’t get it all down) but as long as you get most of it you are ok.
Now lay on your right side if you can or left–bring your legs up to
your chest as much as you can and stay still.
You will feel the gallbladder contracting. This is it’s way of
pushing out those stones. Mine will contract a good hour or more.
Go to sleep now.
When you wake up–drink another cup of juice mixed with epsom salts–
-two cups will get out more stones and is a must if you don’t start
going to the bathroom—you can space it like before a few hours.
(you can always drink just water mixed with epsom salts)
Run to the bathroom as much as you can and you will see the stones
come out–they float to the top. Drink water if you can —it will
flush you out some more.
this is what I have found that works—trial and error so to speak—

PS if you are diabetic check with your doctor first as your glucose
levels will be greatly varied and you probably can’t have all the
juice –you will have to stick with lemon juice and you will have to
figure out a way to do this with little sugar and probably can’t go
so long without food. Must check with your doctor first—there are
other ideas for diabetics.
a poster asked me what do I do–and here it is–fyi —
