“It is recommended to have an ultrasound of the gall bladder before
undertaking the flush to make sure. The reason being that if the gall
bladder is full of silent gall stones and a flush is undertaken
these stones may become impacted in the narrow bile ducts as they are
flushed out. This may cause a tear in the duct.”
well guys I did two flushes and still have back pain–so I am now
worried of course if I have a stone stuck or a tear in the duct.
But my stones were pretty small to begin with and I did the apple
juice and used epsom salts and stuck to the fruit diet for the time
before the flush–but now I am worried I guess.
And the only way to find out is from a ultrasound. I have to wait for
new insurance to kick in next month.
I am feeling better but for the back pain. ( no pain on the right
side)
I never threw up or had yellow eyes—never in the hospital for this.
but boy this is a lot more than I realized—

I know many people believe so much in fasting.

But it’s no coincidence that my aunt who fasts for

The only people in my family to develop gallstones.
We are both also very thin.
–herein lies the rub… Most people who develop gall stones are overweight.
In the case of you and your aunt, you are both thin but dry. So we have two
oposite body types that develop the “same” symptoms. The cause and therefore
the “cure” being very different. For you and your aunt, moistening and getting
more oils through to dilute and thin is very important (you will also tend to
hardening of the arteries and other “dry” conditions). Fasting or “detox” may
exacebate your conditions, and while very good for most, may be contra to your
goals.
