Denise, I no longer have a supply of raw goat’s milk for kefir (and oh, do I
miss it!) without a lot of traveling and with the gas prices the way that they
are … and my limited budget … However, I can get pasteurized goat’s milk.
Have you ever tried making kefir with that?

I really need to […]

Hi Denise,
Well I did get rid of some stones — two of them were quarter size — but it was
my first flush. Life keeps getting in the way of doing another flush, but I’m
hoping to do that in the next couple of weeks. Part of my problem is I’m not
supposed to […]

Need tips on juicing vegetables
February 27th, 2007 · No Comments
It seems a lot of people here juice their veggies. I wanted to ask
you for some tips on juicing and also if you could recommend any good
juicers.
I have lots of trouble eating veggies, especially greens, because I
get terrible stomach acid & reflux from them. I have to cook broccoli
and spinach to death in order to […]

“It is recommended to have an ultrasound of the gall bladder before
undertaking the flush to make sure. The reason being that if the gall
bladder is full of silent gall stones and a flush is undertaken
these stones may become impacted in the narrow bile ducts as they are
flushed out. This may cause […]

Dear Lori:
I am assuming you know that Spring is Liver/Gallbladder season in Chinese
medicine system. The worse attacks would logically occur then when the seasonal
energy is in those organs and they are working on their annual spring cleaning.

If Otho phosphoric acid is so useful getting rid of stones in the
body…..how come I have not heard too much mention about this product here?
I must admit I do wonder about the safety of taking an acid into the
body…even though you only have to add so many drops to a litre of apple
juice.
Anyone have any […]
