Still sore under my ribs

Lisa,
From my experience yes, I had horrible acid reflux, it was like
a fire going on in my esophagus…… (misp) and this went on
for awhile before having my first GB attack. I was unable to
take Flax seed oil until my GB calmed down and after several flushes,
I would just put a teap. in my hot oatmeal in the morning
and wham, almost immedidately after eating I would get the dull
ache and sometimes sharp pains in my right side…….
To answer your questions about stones and sludge, I’m not sure
if sludge causes a lot of pain but I have heard not all stones
show up on sonogram…… I think they have to be calcified in
some instances.
There is a website I went to that has a recipe for a soup to eat
while you are having pain, I got it from someone’s email on here but I
don’t recall whom. It was mostly green things, green beans, parsley

zucchini and other things, I ate this soup for awhile and it helped
nourish me without giving me the pain and discomfort while my GB healed. Maybe
someone on the list can help with the addy
I know it helped me.
I also took herbs and flushed too. I found for me it took
a long time before I could eat without pain.
Best of Health,
Dee

Yes, you could have thousands of small stones causing pain in your
gallbladder, and they don’t show up when you get tests. I’ve heard the
same thing over and over again after reading most of the archives in the
Cure Zone for liver cleanses. Dr. Clark suggest there are anywhere from
2,000 - 3,000 stones, and each bile duct cleans itself out one at a
time. The stones move forward from the rear with each cleanse. If you
figure that maybe 100 might come out with a cleanse, and you do a
cleanse every 2 weeks, you can see how long it might take. Though, it
does get better, a bit at a time. I couldn’t consume flax oil at first
and now I can. Everything that was either protein or fat just made me
feel nauseous. It takes time. Stones will come out if you do the
cleanse exactly and really being careful on what you eat the day of the
    cleanse.
I had mentioned here before that I did cleanses for over a year with
very little stones coming out and couldn’t figure out why and still felt

sick and had pain. I started reading Cure Zone’s archives and picked up
suggestions and then changed what I ate on the day of the cleanse and
then forced out more stones with extra oil the following day. Suddenly,
tons of stones were coming out, every cleanse. I’m still cleansing.
Started on my birthday, August of 2003 every 2 weeks, then changed the
    cleanses last November.
    Namaste,
    Cathy
