I’m wondering if I should continue trying to do liver cleansings. I
started doing them because of debilitating fatigue. I am being
treated for adrenal fatigue, and low thyroid, and have symptoms of
chronic fatigue. I did my first cleanse in the Spring of 2002, the
next one over a year later (at which time I also took H.Clark’s
parasite bitters) . The 3rd and 4th have been in the last month; the
3rd one I drank apple juice all week first. I have not passed any
stones, per se. I have passed the green balls which are soft, which I
think are just bile. Only a few passed this last time.
The problem is that I personally think my liver is under-functioning.
The biggest problem is that I started having vision problems in 1999
and though it was medication but it has continued now that I’m off
medication. It now seems to be directly related to food, particularly
processed food. My vision goes blurry almost immediately when I eat
chemicals, or non whole foods. That is why I think my liver is not
functioning well. This is still a guess, though. What could that mean
in relation to liver cleanses? Would anyone venture a guess? Thanks.

Because you mention chronic fatique, thought I’d mention there are so
many factors that contribute to that. I started having problems after I
came down with a weird virus going around Los Angeles in Spring 1987
when I was living there. It also can be related to lots of nasty gray
mercury-filled fillings in the teeth. And other kinds of toxic overload
in the system. Using natural chelation methods like parsley, etc. can
help. Always good to try to visit a holistic practioner if possible to
get an overall view.

Hi Carol,
That is because the plant part is called cilantro and the seed is called
coriander. I think you were putting both words together.
