Swallowing the garlic whole doesn’t bother me. I drink a glass of
water after. If its a big piece I will throw it in the blender. I
have done it before, and I suspect I have Candidiasis again. This
will help it. My body is just really punishing me for all my abuse
over the years.
They put me on lipitor, due to the fact my bad cholesterol is 275
instead of under 150. My good cholesterol is good. My regular
cholesterol count is 211. My suspicion is the liver and Gall bladder
needs a good cleansing. The liver stores fats isn’t that how it
works. Bad diet..this story should be called …My body’s revenge.
The Doctor wants me on this until I get in better shape. She wants me
to lose 50 lbs. Since I am a newly diagnosed diabetic, I have to be
careful. By the way she has never heard of flushing. Has anyone had a
bad Cholesterol test result, flushed, then gone back and had a marked
improvement. I know oatmeal and garlic are good to add to the diet. I
too am doing the garlic parasite flush….yeah.
Another thing, the Lipitor is not agreeing with me. My body seems to
be fighting, maybe that means its good for me. I am not used to
taking meds, but this seems strong to me. Makes me really thirsty.
Has anyone taken this? Did it work for you? Just wondering if I could
skip it hoping the garlic parasite cleanse would do the trick. I just
started to correct my diet when I joined this group, so its been too
soon to see any results from a dietary change. But I am really making
a permanent lifestyle change. I need to. Thanks for all your help,
its nice to know I am not alone with this.

Unfortunately it will not bother parasites, yeast, or bacteria either.
The allyn in the garlic must be converted to allycin by enzymes that are
released by crushing. The allycin is destroyed by cooking too. Dave
