this, of course is not good for people with an irritated GB…
I peel a clove a garlic and eat it with a chunk of cheese. This helps
to counter act the heat produced by the garlic.
-am doing it now to help rid myslef of flu in lungs.
Garlic is a powerful immune enhancer due to its’ antibiotic
properties. It also kills parasites. Must be consumed raw for full
benefits.
Eating chlorophyl rich food (parsley, celery…) is supposed to help
relieve the odor.
-and it wards off vampires!!

ALso, you might be careful with dairy products (and depending on your body
that includes cheese) when dealing with mucous conditions — dairy makes
mucous. If you have lung congestion. cheese might not be my first choice. I would
probably have an oven-roasted vegetable dish and drizzle some olive oil over to
chase the garlic clove.

Greetings
I have not had the garlic become less in juices, you
just have to drink it within a few minutes no more
then 1/2 hour or so.

Try juicing the garlic clove along with 1/2 of an apple, it tastes
better and doesn’t burn.
