Cleanse Liver and the Gall bladder, flush gallstones!

I’m new here-please help

November 30th, 2006 · 5 Comments

I think I have just discovered what my problem is! Pancretitis! And
the cause is gallstones, not drinking because I don’t drink but have
been eating a high fat diet of good fats for a few years. I
discovered this myself by searching the internet. I am no stranger
to reading about gallbladder, liver and kidney cleanses. Also no
stranger to Dr Hulla Clark. But have always been “chicken” to do any
of the cleanses. Also in my lifetime I have read that sometimes they
can be dangerous. Since the 7th of Jan I have been on the SCDiet
because it felt like my gut just shut down on me. Anything I ate
caused me severe pain! On the diet I tried to eat the beginner foods
but just got worse. For the past 4 days at least, I can only eat 2x
some cooked fruit in the morning. In the early afternoon I eat a
banana. About 4pm I eat some wild salmon. I can eat all of that
without much pain but at 6pm I will eat some cooked squash and by
8pm the pain comes. Usually by the time I go to bed it is better and

I sleep off and on. Pain is worse when I lie down most of the time.
My gut and stomach area are painful when I try to rest my hands on
it. When all this started, after the first of the year, I was having
excruiating pain after eating anything and slowly stopped eating
until I found the scdiet and tried eating more of those foods but
now down to eating the little bit that I have mentioned. I just need
to talk about doing these cleanses.
Thanks,
Del

I have seen my internist but she has refused to do any more that
what she has already done (electrolytes, blood work, pap smear and a
    stool test), Cholesterol/triglycerides. I thought Internist’s were
good for more that! All came back normal. She has referred me to the
GI doc who cannot see me until the 17th of Feb. I have not been to
the hosp. 2 reasons: I have always been able to endure more pain
that the ave person due to miagraines starting when I was about 4
years old and lasting on a weekly basis until I was around 50 and
the other reason is I don’t like hospitals! Been working at my
health for a long time to stay out of hospitals and away from
doctors! A person can get sick in there! My BM’s remain fair, 1 at
least every 3-4 days. Before this happened it was 1 every 1-2 days.
They are floaters, brown and easy to pass. Yesterday I had a whitesh
piece with the brown. Never saw that before but I am surprised that
I am having a BM at all! Drinking lots of spring water, at least 7-8

glasses. I weight about 98 lbs and I am female(in case you didn’t
catch the pap smear). I am losing weight. Have lost about about 6
lbs. My normal weight is between 104-110.
Before all this happened and in the past 3 years I have been put on
different food enzymes (like the ones you have mentioned) and they
did not help. I have some dairy free L. Acidophilus that I ordered
that I want to take, but right now I am afraid to take them until
after I see the allergist tomorrow. I appreciate your wisdom about
all this. I got the book The Liver Cleanse Diet and have at least
started eating some raw salmon that seems to be agreeing with me. I
don’t like eating the same thing over and over and know it is not
good, but I don’t know what else to do. So, here I am trying to pick
    ever one’s brain.
    Best,
    Del

    Who are you?
I do many things, work on many issues, in many ways. Also proud to say
that I am a good friend of Dale Williams. I use homeopathics but am not a
homeopath. I am not a naturopath. I teach professional herbalism and
applied kinesiology, but those are only a portion of my experience.
Right now the only thing that seems to be
The book you have read (Breaking the Viscous Cycle) and the diet you
are on are excellent. The diet should help to calm things down… but
probably will not take care of the problem. Again I consider what you have
described to be a serious imbalance that has been going on for a very long
time (the immediate crisis is a symptom and a warning, not the “problem”).
This is the realm of a qualified professional and should not be approached
through self diagnoses and treatment (not that it necessarily needs to be
“treated”). Let me explain some of my considerations about this: If it is
pancreatitis and is from a stone blocking the duct the stone must be removed

immediately. If flushing does it hallelujah! If not, it needs to be
removed in some other way. If it is from infection, the infection needs to
be handled. The Chinese model for pancreas is “Spleen” (these are energetic
flows not visceral organs), and spleen is the governor of digestion. As I
have said it seems to me that your digestive Chi is probably “injured” and
has been for quite some time. Strengthening it is imperative. If I was you
I would try to find some old, blind, crippled Chinese man (may act like he
doesn’t speak English) who escorts you into the kitchen behind his store,
sits you at the table and grabs your wrist (pulse diagnoses-very accurate).
That was a bit verbose, but I think you get what I mean.
While schools of traditional medicine such as Ayurveda, TCM, and Unani
may seem to be “unscientific” there are other less easy to accept options
that may be very promising. If you exhaust all your known options and
nothing gets it taken care of let me know and I can steer you towards other
possibilities. Always, in all ways, -Dave

For 8 months last year I was going to a chiropractor that treated me
almost weekly with acupunture. He also got his training through some
chinese school, and he tested me often with kinesiology. He was
helping me I thought. Then one day I went in and he said, Is your
back hurting? I said “no”. He preceded to put blocks under my hip
etc while I was doing acupunture. After I got home my back started
hurting! It didn’t let up all week and in fact, got worse. The next
time I saw him I told him about it but he did not seem to think it
was something he did. I still believe it was something he did.
Anyway he taught me to do kinesiology which I practice all the time.
I agree with you that this is a symptom of something that has been
long coming. There is only so much money to work on this, so I am
afraid I won’t be able to find some old chinese guy. I am in the
heart of “no naturopathic land” or any other such “health care
providers”. I am kinda on my own. My GI appointment has been moved

up to the 9th and I am hoping to find out for sure that my liver and
kidney are okay after a few tests, of course. If that is the case, I
hope to start doing flushes after I have gotten my strength back
from all this. I don’t know what else to say. I do appreciate all
that you have said. I am beginning to think that my problem stems
from my being celiac. Celiacs can develope sensitivities to foods
and I think that might be what has happened.
