I’m new here-please help

November 30th, 2006 · 5 Comments

I think I have just discovered what my problem is! Pancretitis! And
the cause is gallstones, not drinking because I don’t drink but have
been eating a high fat diet of good fats for a few years. I
discovered this myself by searching the internet. I am no stranger
to reading about gallbladder, liver and […]

Hi, I’m having pain in the the gallbladder liver area with the
accompanying upper body pain. I also have constipation and very
light colored stools. So went to the doctor and got blood tests,
scans, etc but nothing bad showed up. The doctor had no answers for
me so I’m hoping you guys can help me. I looked into […]

Michael, Kefir?

November 30th, 2006 · 1 Comment

Milk….this is (I believe the most digestable dairy product you can eat)…much
easier too digest than cheese /milk etc, almost zero lactose the way I do it &
a wider & more human gut compatible, bacteria spectrum than yogurt.<<<
Michael could you share how you make Kefir please? Thanks!
Blessings
Mama.

Enzymes vs. Cholecystitis-Gallstones + MILK

November 30th, 2006 · No Comments

I think you are very wise to advice people to stay away from ALL
grocery-store, commercial, pasteurized, processed, hormonized, defatted,
homogenized dairy products. It’s all K-k-k-r-r-r-r-a-p!! We, on the other
hand, have access to fresh, raw, full-fat grass-fed, organic dairy products
right off the farm which bears only superficial resemblance to the fake white
liquid […]

Enzymes vs. Cholecystitis-Gallstones

November 30th, 2006 · No Comments

Please excuse this brief diversion from Conversations with Alok, but I’ve been
waiting a while to share this “new” information that I think is very important
to
every single person here.
Recently I discovered that they knew back in the 1930’s that LOW enzyme
levels coexists with gallbladder disease. Whether it is causal or derivative
[…]

Brown Rice

November 29th, 2006 · No Comments

Hi Denise and Group,
As I was reading the email about the benefits
of brown rice, I remember a chiropractor telling me some years
ago that she went on a diet of brown rice for 3 days to heal
stomach ulcers and that it helps digestive problems.
I didn’t know that I needed to soak it for 22 hours though, […]

Stop the ACV. Not everything works for everyone. I for one cannot take acid

I’m Keeping the Boogieman away in 2005

November 27th, 2006 · 4 Comments

My GB health goals have been two-fold, 1) GENERATING
FEWER stones, and 2) FLUSHING (or, better yet, DISSOLVING)
EXISTING stones. It’s NEVER “over” so the plan must go on
forever. I’ve got a plan that creates much happiness for me.
Something (or maybe everything) I’m doing now is working and I
haven’t felt this good […]
