I found a flush that is gentler on the body, I think it was Dr.
Mercola’s
web site……not sure exactly, but it consists of eating only veggies
for 21 days…no meat
and also, eating foods that help to stimulate the GB, radish was one I
remember.
if you are interested I’ll look it up…….I also seem to remember you
put flax seed oil
on your food, at least 2 tablespoons a day………..
I think that may be a good way to flush for people who cannot tolerate
the concoction.
or that may have other health conditions where they are not able to fast
for several days
and go thru the major flush.
