Cholesterol Level, “Good Fats” and Flushing

July 27th, 2006 · No Comments

I’m just new to the group. I’m a 39 year old male in good health. I
had what was perceived to be a gall badder attack about a month ago
and have found this group since. I’ve done two flushes. One Clark
recipe and one Lewis. I had great results. I’ve been told by my
doctor that my cholesterol is elevated a bit. I’m hoping since I’m
getting so many cholesterol stones out that my bile flow will
increase and my total cholesterol level will decrease. I came across
a post which I’ve quoted below:
“Gradually increased my daily intake of raw butter, raw milk and
cream, meat fats, fatty fish (grilled or sushi), organic coconut oil
2 tbsp/day), and other good fats. Also 2 tbsp flavored cod liver oil
a day. It pays to go slow with this if you are not used to it. I eat
about a half stick of raw butter a day with my food. Incidentally,
all this kind of good fat will cause you to naturally lose a ton
weight.”

Will eating eggs, butter and meat fats not increase problems with
cholestorol? These are what doctors normally advise you to stay away
from. Maybe once my bile flow is increased by flushing numerous times
my cholesterol level will come down naturally and it won’t be
affected by these “Good Fats”. What do you think?
Thanks,
Ross
