Info On Kidney Cleanse/Flush Please - Getting Ready For 1st Liver

I am getting ready for my first liver flush, but I have read that I
should also cleanse or flush my kidneys first.
Also I should get rid of any parasites by doing a parasite
cleanse/flush.
Can anyone suggest some on-line websites, information, recipes,
procedures, etc..
Are there any resources other than Hulda Clark?
BTW what about all the legal trouble Hulda Clark had over the years?
Should one be concerned?
