About gall stones

spleen/thymus? I’ve had a pain for months in the lower left abdominal space,
and I’ve had ultrasounds that show nothing…( what a surprise, huh?

I’ve been having that same pain, in the lower left abdominal space.
Sometimes when I turn a certain way, it hurts like heck. I don’t know what mine
is.
Could it be spleen? I was thinking maybe IBS or something since I’ve had my
GB removed in mid-June.
