Yeah, I agree! I eat grass-fed beef and free-range chicken, but I don’t
think that we need huge amounts to make us healthy. I think that less food is
better, actually. It’s easier on our digestion system in small amounts.
Also, I’ve known people on so-called vegetarian diets, which they really
weren’t vegetarians anyway, and they were sickly. They even looked sickly with
a
bad skin coloring. Basically they weren’t getting their nutrition and needed
supplements of some sort.
I do believe there’s times when a person needs to go without meat because of
an illness but only for short periods of time, or maybe because they have
liver or kidney disease that limits their protein intake. Again, fish oil
should
be taken.

I too believe that small quantities of meat are good for you. I mean no
disrespect to Rosemary, but I’ve come to that conclusion by what my body tells
me.
I try very hard to eat only organic meats. If you only knew what
intensively raised animals are subjected to in regards to what is injected into
and fed
to them, it is understandable why many people advocate vegeterianism. I
always feel better if I have a little meat every day. In fact, my diet has
lately
consisted of organic meat, veg and fruits. No dairy, sugar, wheat. I feel
so much better. My skin is really clear, I’ve dropped some weight without
trying, my GB is much less sore than it was, although I know that it will take
some time. But it’s a start. I am walking 3 to 5 miles a day too.

One of my problems with the H.D. diet is not only is it unhealthy in the long
run, but they’re lying about the Scriptures teaching that we only need
veggies. First off, they use Gen. 1:29 to state that we only need the veggies,
but
they don’t even consider what scriptural time frame that was in. There was a
time before the great flood and before the canopy burst that mankind only
needed plant-based foods and fruits because they were extremely healthy to begin
with. You can even tell how long mankind was living before the flood. They
didn’t need meat to survive at that time.
After the crystiline canopy burst, the lifespan of mankind shortly dropped.
The canopy protected against the harmful rays of the sun. When it burst,
mankind was bombarded with harmful rays. And it caused more than that, too, but
I
won’t go into it now on this board. If you’re interested, then I’ll talk to
you through person e-mail.
So after the flood, Yahweh tells Noah in Gen. 9:3, “Every creeping thing
which is alive shall be food for you, EVEN AS THE GREEN PLANT.” This is
all-inclusive in the Hebrew. Of course, we know that Noah only ate the clean
meat and
even knew what clean meat was to begin with. For example, see Gen. 7:3.
Now, anyone can study all through the Scriptures, line upon line, precept
upon precept, a little here, a little there (Isa. 28:9ff, cf. Isa. 34:16) and
see
that people ate meat. The messiah ate meat.
So in my opinion, they are lying and it’s easy to see that.

I
Kelly,
A Bible-based diet means you eat meat too! It does not state anywhere that
we need only veggies….EVER!

Kelly,
That’s one of my big gripes about the H.D. diet is the twisting of the
Scriptures and teaching others so.
The canopy is in the first of Genesis, the open expanse. It’s raqiya in the
Hebrew. In Gen. 1:6, it states: “And eloahim said, let an expanse be in the
midst of the waters, and let it divide between the waters which were under the
expanse, and the waters which were above the expanse….”
Notice a division of the waters. This means that at this time, there was a
flood previous, i.e., not the great flood in Noah’s time. This was still before
the Adamic Age, i.e., the age of peoplekind.
What is interesting is to go to Glen Rose, Tx. They have a place that talks
about creation, a creation museum. From what I’ve studied, though, they’re
off on a lot of things, but what’s interesting is they have created an
atmosphere chamber thing and testing it on several animals. What is amazing is
that
like copperhead snakes, once they’re in this chamber for a while their venom is
virtually nonpoisonous. It slows them down or something.
The canopy was kind of a pinkish color, I think. It protected against the
harmful rays of the sun, but it did allow sunlight to get through. People
previous to the flood were larger, probably had beautiful skin and were
extremely
healthy. Actually, they were probably quite a bit smarter than we are.
You know those fish, I think they’re called Paranahs? Well, they have some
in Glen Rose in some kind of chamber that they have fish in, in water, of
course. But those fish are usually pretty small. When we saw those Paranahs
there, they were huge. It’s just amazing.

this is fascinating information. unfortunately there is no way to know if it
is true. there is a guy on a list somwhere here that has done alot of study
on the subject. tracy jones. you can talk to him on his list mrtracyscorner.
i know he does the flushes himself but uses wateroz magnesium instead of
epsom salts. wateroz makes some very good liquid minerals. he has some
really interesting ideas. he talked about a book called the lost book of
enki, which i haven’t read. it stated that yahweh did write the bible, but
that yahweh was a false god and alien
i have been off and on d’adamo’s o diet for many years. there are many
variations on this diet. some people call it paleo, or primal, or caveman.
there is definitely something to it for me. there’s also a dr, dead now,
named newbold who was very into this type of eating, and reversed heart
disease in himself by eating mainly meat and water. when i stick to the diet
i pass tons of old gunk from my intestines. it’s been going on for many
years. the diet must be compatible with my system since it invokes a
cleansing. the problem is i got so deep into it that it triggered a really
severe cleansing reaction. my diverticulitis healed itself, skin problems
gone. but about 7 years into it i got lung problems.a cough i had when i was
11 resurfaced. i can assume that it got deep and now my lungs are trying to
heal from very old damage. i mentioned before about the primal diet, which
is similar to the o type d’adamo diet, but you eat things raw. this had a
profound effect as well. i did it not strictly for about 1 year and a half.
i don’t get colds anymore. i can lick the shoe off of a dirty street corner
and not worry about bacteria. it’s fairly remarkable.
obviously rosemary is getting some great results, so good for her. and i’m
sure the cautions have registered in her brain.
nutrition is a vast subject. and most of us who are doing these things are
in new territory, because th effects of cleansing such huge amount of filth
from our bodies are undocumented.
6 babette400 // Feb 28, 2006 at 4:52 pm
dont know much about the bible, but every religion has their own beleifs
and no one folloes the bible exactly. We are living in a different time and
we all need to eat what our bodies are telling us to eat.
Most every “religion” in the whole world comes from the Scriptures, or pieces
of that religion comes from the scriptural teaching at some time or another.
Also depends on what you mean by following the Bible exactly. Do you mean
exactly as the translators falsly translate stuff? You have to actually do some
digging to see what’s being said. If you’re going to search for hidden
treasure, you have to learn how to read the treasure map if it’s written in
other
languages.
One of the biggest misunderstandings is that somehow we are different because
we live in a different time. Truth is, mankind is still the same, does the
same things, has the same problems, commits the same sins as they have always
had. Nothing has changed, except before the flood there was healthier people,
a healthier atmosphere, healthier foods. But it’s obvious that mankind still
had the same problems!!!
I always say to each their own.

dont think eating small amounts of meat everynow and then is going to
raise your risk for colon cancer. the american diet consists of meat at
every meal and that is the problem.
I agree!

That’s the craziest thing that I’ve ever heard. It’s also false!!!

If you’re talking about Gen. 6:3, it states: And Yahweh said, My ruach
(spirit) shall not always strive with man; in their erring he is flesh. And his
days shall be a hundred and twenty years.
This does not mean that mankind’s years were shortened to 120 years. This
means that it’s 120 years until the flood at this point. Study after the flood
and see that there were people over 120 years old and it continues to go down.
In Gen. 9:1ff, when Noah leaves the ark, Yahweh is giving Noah blessings,
which in the blessings includes eating meat.

wish I had a hyperbaric
atmosphere to live in LOL. Wouldnt that be nice though!
Steph, yeah, it would be nice! You know I couldn’t think of the name of that
chamber and it’s hyperbaric. it’s pretty neat to see.

I do not consider being able to eat meat a blessing. I hate death, I
hate killing things, I hate the sight of meat—-it is all death
oriented. I beleive it was another curse —by shortnening mans life
span wicked people would not have time to learn to do more wicked
things. Never will anyone ever be able to convince me that eating
meat is a good thing. Not ever. Yuk. Steph
Well, the Bible teaches that it is a blessing to have meat. Yahweh was
giving Noah and his family a blessing after he left the ark. Noah gave a
free-will
offering to Yahweh when he took of every clean animal and every clean bird
and offered burnt offerings. In Gen. 8:11 it even states that Yahweh loved the
odor!!!
In Gen. 18, three males are visiting with Abraham. One of these three males
is identified as Yahweh, see v. 22. Abraham had food prepared as well as
meat. They ALL ATE, even Yahweh!!!
Adamkind is given rulership over the animals too! I do not believe in
killing an animal just for fun or anything like that. However, I do believe in
having animals for food. Animals are not the same type of nephesh as humans.
The
difference is that Yahweh breathed into Adam’s nostrils the breath of life,
which in turn had the sacred ruach (spirit). This did not take place with
animals.

Then the Lord said,’My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is
mortal; his days will be a hundred and twenty years’”. This was stated before
the flood, that man would live 120 years of age.
I think that you should check your translation again and think about what
happened after this. Noah built the ark afterwards, but more evil happened
after
Yahweh made this statement. There had to be time for the building of the ark.
Also, in Gen. 5:31, it states that Noah was 500 years old and fathered Shem,
Ham and Yapheth.
Then in Gen. 6, it starts out by stating that men began to multiply on the
face of the earth and the “sons of eloahim,” i.e., fallen angels, came into the
daughters of adam and took them for wives. This brought about the giants
(nephellim) and greater evil was going on. Look up above at Noah’s age before
this happened.
After this, Yahweh talks to Noah telling him what kind of ark to build and
the design and everything. Building a ship of this magnitude takes time. When
the flood happened, it states that Noah was 600 years old.
Now, what Yahweh is saying is when he told Noah this: And Yahweh said, My
ruach shall not always strive with man; in their erring he is flesh. And his
days (days of adamkind until the flood) shall be a hundred and twenty years
(until the flood).
Count your numbers here. Before this evil, Noah was 500 years old. Next we
have the evil starting and taking place over time. Then we have Yahweh
telling Noah to build the ark and how to build it. Just think, 8 people
building a
huge ark? It takes time. It wasn’t something that happened in a small amount
of time. Not to mention the fact that Yahweh is very patient not wanting
any to perish. People had time to be repentent.
So from the time Yahweh said this, he meant it, 120 years until the flood.
Gen. 9:29, “And Noah lived three hundred and fifty years after the flood….”
If you’ll notice, mankind’s lifespan goes down.

As far as many religions stated in the bible. If you noticed that in the Old
Testament we have the Jewish faith (Israel Nation), God’s chosen people. We
also see how the Jews had periods of being faithful and commented to their
Almighty God. Then there were times of unfaithfulness to The Almighty God. In
the
New Testament we have Christ - The Son of God here on earth to be the ultimate
sacrifice for us. We ahould have been on that horrid cross because of our
sins.
IN the OT, there is later the sons of Israel (Jacob), the 12 tribes. Only
ones of these tribes who were called Jews (Yudi) is Yahudah (Judah), and this
was only later when they were called such by outsiders.
The OT and the NT actually are stating the same thing, there is only one way
to salvation. It’s just that the NT enhances what the OT says. There is no
separate group of people over another. All have the same chance for
salvation, whether Judah or the nations or the other sons of Israel.

Thank you for bring to my attention that the statement of 120 years may be
after the flood but I did check and the flood was after the statement was made.
I am using the NIV translation
I’ll get back with you on dating and chronology later because I have to leave
for Bible study. I’ll get home tonight. But I meant to mention that Ham is
the oldest, then Shem and Japheth. Shem was 98 years old at the time of the
flood, see Gen. 11:10.
The Scriptures don’t always mention the firstborn first, but occasionally
list things in the order of importance. Shem was the most important because of
who comes through his line, the Hebrews and eventually the Messiah. Ephraim
and Mannaseh is a good example of this because Mannaseh was the firstborn, but
Ephraim received the unconditional blessing!!!
