That’s only the tip of the iceburg. In the search field above at Mercola’s
site, type in hallelujah diet and you’ll pull up lots of stuff. Another thing,
type in Omega 3. He has lots of stuff about getting our Omega 3s, which you
get a lot of them from free-range chicken & eggs, grass-fed beef & bison, some
fish are okay, but many have become too toxic. If you don’t get your Omega
3s, it’s dangerous, and you can’t get them from a strict vegan diet. It’s
impossible unless you take fish oil caps, but then it wouldn’t be a strict vegan
diet.
