About gall stones

I have been having intense pain with nausea because of gall stones,
this was confirmed by a ultra sound. Being a novice and not knowing
where to start I began with The Master Cleanser Fast (this is day 4).
Today I read many articles on the site curezone and they all talked
about the liver gall bladder flush. My question is will the Master
Cleanser help with cleansing my liver and gall bladder or is the
flush the only/the correct way to proceed.
The pain had subsided for the most part, yet today it has become
intensed agian. So, did I aggravate it more than help?
