i passed thousands of parasites through colon cleansing and it didn’t
improve my health
so there goes hulda’s theory on parasites.
.
staying away from chemicals would seem to be common sense. mercury is a
bigger issue that she realizes, and she doesnt give very good advice on how
to get rid of it.

i’ve tried modifilan which is a form of alginate.
i feel like something happens, but it doesnt feel like its going to solve my
mercury problem. maybe i’m not taking enough or often enough.
i’ve tried dmps as well, and it feels like it could potentially work, but it
is very difficult
i’m still looking for a better way to deal with mercury.
i’m also finding that doing liver flushes with mercury poisoning is
extremely dangerous since bile flow can be stopped by large stones.

Kelly,
You might check out Dr. Sandra Cabot’s diet. This was in one of her books
that I have, and I can’t remember where I found it. Someone with lupus started
on her diet and after a period of time had no more lupus. I know that some
diabetics have had success with her liver-cleansing diet as well as people with
high blood pressure. Some have been able to get off their medicine
altogether.
Dale might remember reading this in one of Dr. Cabot’s books if he’s around.
I haven’t seen Dale on here lately. Anyway, it can’t hurt you to check out
her diet plan. It’s very healthy.
