I need help

October 29th, 2005 · 1 Comment

I have done several gallstone dumps over the last 12 years, with
great success. The last one didn’t seem to work well. Since I did it
I have had discomfort in the gallbladder area and a feeling of
fullness. I wonder if I might have some stones stuck. With each
cleanse the stones ahve been progressively larger and larger. This
last cleanse brought stones the size of almonds, but few in
comparison. I am very uncomfortable and am getting worried. Has
nayone had this experience and offer a suggestion?

    i agree with susie
you need to do another one to get the stuck ones out
i’ve hit pay dirt for the last months and the stones keep getting bigger and
bigger some as large as small chicken eggs. i usually feel bad after a cleanse
and it is normal for me to get something stuck
one thing that sort of works is skipping the epsom salts in the morning after
    the cleanse
drink alot of juices and eat all raw foods. i eat egg yolks, raw meat and flax
oil. raw foods seem not to tax the liver much
then at night take a dose of epsom salts and this seems to clear whatever is
stuck and enables me to at least not feel horrible so i can live to do another
    cleanse.
another thing that seems to help when there are large stones is to use the dr
kelly version of the cleanse which is to eat alot of cream or ice cream a few
hours before the oil. i have varied this with eating a cheeseburger or some

other high fat meal. the idea is to give the big stones an exra push to dislodge
them right before the cleanse. sometimes this works well for me.
another thing that helps is to eat raw organic liver. this was a big part of the
original gerson therapy. you could try to make a pate with it from onions
garlic herbs to make it taste better
i’m in the same boat as you and its not fun at all, but at least i’ve found a
way to make it tolerable until i can get all the stones out.
