THis may be completely unrelated to my surgery, but have any of you
read of female complications following surgery? I had my monthly
experince the week before my surgery. It came again the week after.
Two weeks later again, and now three weeks later again. 4 times in 7
weeks! Not happy. I got out all my female herbs tonight and
capsulated them and will be taking them twice a day. I hope that will
help. I know this could be completely unrelated but 99% of my adult
life I have been as regular as clockwork. I could predict it almost
to the hour. This stinks. Dawn

Dawn,
This is totally related to your surgery. During the surgery they are
moving many organs around while they operate. If you had laproscopic
surgery, the gas that they inject into your abdomen also puts
pressure on your organs.
In both cases, the ovaries are bombarded with stimulation that may
put them into disarray - as soon as your ovaries settle down, you
will be as normal as before.
You may now go for an extended period with no mestruation (45 days or
more) and this is just to get your body back into sinc.
You may also notice during this time a tendancy to weepiness - that
again is the overstimulation of your ovaries during surgery. This
should pass after a week or two.
Please see your doctor if these problems persist.

Thanks Suzanne and Diana, I had a falling out with a friend a couple
of weeks ago and I have been super emotional. Your thoughts have
calmed me and if it continues I will see someone. I am going to give
the herbs a chance too. Dawn
