4th flush last night

Hi,Well my 4th flush was last night and I got out 100 or so stones
ranging from smaller than pea size to 1 inch long and with odd
shape,mostly the green stones.It was the most stones in one flush for
me.I have a pre scheduled ultrasound tomorrow and will be interested
to see the results.Im hoping he or she wont find any stones but
either way I am going to pursue this without surgery if possible.The
main things is keeping the attacks to a minimum or none.As this
directly relates to food it takes great disipline and the knowledge
of what to avoid and what to eat.A difficult maze for a greenhorn.But
I think im on the right track right now.I just hope the gall bladder
is not stretched to far as this is important.Ill post tomorrows
results.Jim

    I just have to tell you that you sound like me a couple of years ago. I really
    had to buckle down to staying on track as to just what to eat and not to eat.

    So, I can appreciate just exactly what you’re doing. I believe you’re greenhorn
    statis is going to be moving over in a fairly short time as you learn more of
    just what is taking place with the foods that you do eat of which are good for
    you but none the less will cause a gallbladder attack like symptom. To my
    chagrin I had to avoid pecans, cabbage, and a few other things but by avoiding
    them I didn’t have to deal with the fear of the real type of attack. They just
    made things feel like I was having an attack but as you know now an attack just
    doesn’t stop in 15 minutes. Those are what I woulld call stimulation attacks and
    just don’t have the same front to back and front again pain level.
    I keep wishing you the best in this endevor and for goodness sake don’t get to
    the “Oh, well”. This is the most dangerous of attitudes for us with compromised
    systems. The “Oh, well” is simply a statement of realization that we’re eating
    the forbiden fruit and the consequence we’ll deal with later. The problem with
    this is that there may be a number of times where nothing happens and we get to
    thinking everything is back as it’s suppose to be but the reality is that this
    eventually leads to just one more attack. It took me over a year after reading
    Dr. Cabot’s information before things really started to come together for me
    while I was taking Essentail fatty acids in from all other sorts of foods and
    suppliments such as primrose, hemp, flaxseed, and olive oil to help the liver
    and in turn help my gallbladder heal.
    What you are doing now isn’t easy, but for me it proved to be very satisfying.
    It’s not a gauranttee that you will succeed but the fact that you have beeen
    able to pinpoint certain foods for causes of attacks certainly means a lot as to
    getting to the point where the liver and gallbladder are working together again.

    Hi Dale,im just back from ultrasound and everything looks normal
    overall inside,but still have small gall stones,I looked at the
    screen this time.The GB doesnt look deseased and appeared normal
    other than the stones.This is very important to me because it means I
    still have a chance to save it.I am doing the flax oils/oliive oil
    and others daily,along with lemon water and watching the foods I
    eat.I have eliminated a great deal from my diet.What is your
    experience with cottage cheese as relates to attacks,I have recently
    learned that the flax oils need other nutrients with it in order to
    assimilate it into our systems.and cottage cheese is a great aid in
    this?Also did you have ultrasounds along the way in which you found
    your gall stones gone after a period of time from doing the flushes???

    I ate it to make sure to get the best benifit of the flaxseed because of its
    protein. You can use natural yogurt too, which I also liked and didn’t have too
    much trouble with as long as I did this in the morning and not the evening. If I
    got too much lactose in the evening I would be burping it for quite some time as
    well as having the potential of an IBS attack the next morning.

    Dale I agree,
    While the gallbladder is healing many things can stimulate it into a
    soreness/attacklike episode.
    Once the gallbldder has healed, one can eat (in proper portions) many
    of the foods which nowmay seem too much of a problem to eat.
    Many foods which are good for gallbladder stimulation (for its proper
    function) can cause a sensative gallbladder to cramp up. These foods
    should be consumed on a regular basis once the gallbladder has healed.
