  Arthur, how can you keep continually doing this? I had to plan mine
  out so that I was home and close to a toilet. Do you work at home?
  Have you had your electrolytel levels checked? Can anyone explain
  Arthurs results after 71 cleanses?????????????? Dawn

  dawn:
  yes i work from home
  i eat whatever i want during the daytime, including lots of juices or salty
  things like soup to replace electrolytes. then i take the oil at night before
  bedtime
  i dont see that i have a choice at this point. seems like my body wanted to do
  this 12 years ago and now it wont let me stop until things are cleared out.

  Well, Arthur, I truly do wish you success. I can’t understand your
  results, they make no sense to me, but you are the one in charge of
  your health and know internally what is best for you. Dawn
