Cleanse Liver and the Gall bladder, flush gallstones!

globs?

Hi:
Like I’ve mentioned before, I’ve done a number of gallbladder/liver flushes
which extracted many stones, and then they kind of petered out to zilch. At
flush #9 I removed 200 or 300 stones of various sizes but more importantly my
appetite went to zero. I mean absolute zero! Yet I felt wonderful. But
that appetite came back in about a week and eventually resumed its normal
patterns. So, I’ve looked for that same experience again, and haven’t hit it
- until today. Flush #10 produced little, and #11 through #14 next to
nothing and none of those beyond #9 produced that “satisfaction” (nirvana?)
that #9 did.
Sunday night I ingested some Epsom salts because I wished to do a simple
clean out followed by light eating. I must have had too much because I had
the trots all Sunday night and Monday morning. Then yesterday morning had
just a glass of apple juice/cider, and about 2:00 in the afternoon had a
couple of potatoes - no butter, nothing on them. By about 4:00 I realized

that I could do a gallstone flush but knew that it had to be different than
what had been done in the past to accomplish that “satisfaction” level. I
then followed the Clark protocol with no food or liquids beyond 2:00, did the
Epsom at 6:00 and 8:00, and then switched to the Lewis method. Beginning at
10:00 pm and for 2 hours I drank ΒΌ cup of olive oil followed by 1 to 2
tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, every 15 minutes. I didn’t know
how I would react to that, but in reality it worked fine with little
discomfort. I got down my pint of olive oil by midnight and was actually
shocked when I woke up at 5:30 without any intervening wake-ups. That’s the
longest I’ve slept in many months without waking up several times!
I consumed my 6:00 am Epsom, but didn’t do the 8:00 am, instead just drinking
a glass of apple juice/cider (the label says it’s cider, but it’s been
pasteurized - they can’t sell it any other way in this state). Although I
had some BM results from the Epsom salts this morning, there were no (maybe
1) stones. Thinking that I had just experienced another failure (in the
past, I have seen very few stones beyond 10:00 am), I began focusing on other
things around my apartment. Then, about 11:00 I had the sudden urge to void,
and much to my surprise passed a very “normal” looking “very solid” stool
that floated. It obviously had many green stones imbedded in it, but in
probing it with a disposable device it was extremely unusual in the it was
“gobby” and “gooey” (with many small - 1/8″ or less - round pieces stuck
together) and was more like trying to break up a pile of thick, heavy grease
or lard. I have since then excreted many more stones and experiencing my
nirvana again. I’m going to try this flush again in a month or so as I feel
that I’m finally getting to stuff that has been buried for many years.
Has anyone else ever excreted “globs” or “gooey” stuff after a flush?
Thanks,
Jay
