Just took my second ES dose in apple juice. I don’t know how many
more of these I can do this way. I feel sick for almost a half hour
after each dose and by tomorrow morn it will take me 15 - 20 minutes
for me to get up the courage to drink the nasty stuff. I am
interested in any methods without ES. If any of you have done it
successfully without, please let me know what you did and what your
results were. Thanks, Dawn

Dawn,
Unfortunetly ES is the best thing to use. You can flush without it
and see how your results are but the ES will generally produce better
results. They have a relaxing effect on the ducts to help bigger
stones pass easier. Also they help you eliminate faster so that the
toxins don’t hang around and re-enter your body.
Chilling in the fridge always helps me. Also, you shouldn’t drink a
huge glass of water because that will change the potion. Maybe only a
small sip or drink is ok. If you swish your mouth out with mouthwash
right after drinking the ES this could help you as well.
Good luck.
Barry.

Dear Dawn,
Next time, try using pure RED grapefruit juice instead of water. It
seems to totally mask the taste for me.
Red grapefruit is preferrable to yellow because the taste is much
more palatable. If you have yellow grapefruit, try adding juice of a
sweet orange. Also, it’s best taste if freshly squeezed.
Good luck!

Thanks Adrienne, I’ll try the straw. I did hold my nose and it
helped, but this will sound wierd. I get a qyueasy feeling in my
throat and in the roof of my mouth. Hoping for better results next
time. Dawn
my nose, take a big breath, and drink it all down at one time through
a straw. Then, before taking the next breath, I rinse out my mouth
with water, and take one sip of fresh water to finish. Doing it this
way has really helped me. Also, I don’t refrigerate the epsom/water
mixture, so that I can drink it in one breath without getting a
headache from the cold liquid. Ultimately, it’s a small price to pay
for such wonderful results. Keep us posted on how you do.

Hi Dawn
I’ve had similar results with and without. Both have varied. You can find
the description of a cleanse without Epsom Salts at www.relfe.com

LOL - that’s good advice and one that would apply to the olive/juice as well.
I personally don’t like the Epsom Salts drink chilled like some others do.
To me, that brings out the flavor (which is the last thing I want!). I’ve
found that brushing my teeth with baking soda (which is what I always use
anyway) right after drinking either the ES or the oil, helps a lot.
Actually, though, I prefer the version of the cleanse that doesn’t involve
the ES at all. But since it supposedly relaxes the bile ducts and
supposedly aids in the release of stones, I still include it in some of my
flushes.
