Safe To Flush Every 2 Weeks?

March 27th, 2005 · 1 Comment

My first flush is coming up Friday, so I’m ahead of myself but I
wonder if it is safe to flush every 2 weeks, as I read somewhere. Not
looking forward to the awful epsom salts, etc., but I’m in a hurry to
get cleaned out and hopefully fix my back problems.I’ve read where
some people flush every few months, but is every 2 weeks okay? Thanks

Sure, lots of people out here flush every two weeks in the beginning. I
think it’s important, though, to listen to your body and if you have any
reason to believe that you need to give more time in between, then by all
    means, give more time.
Unfortunately there’s no such thing as “hurrying” when it comes to getting
cleaned out. Depending on what your lifestyle has been like, it’s going to
take time to undo damage that’s been done over a long period of time. You
might need some time to adjust to the changes that take place internally. I
don’t mean to be discouraging! Quite the opposite - I just want to encourage
you to relax and enjoy the process. :) So maybe every two weeks, maybe once a month, maybe once and then wait until
you feel like it…..you’ll find what’s right for you. :) in health,
