Thanks Claudia and Barry for your comments. Yes, I did fast and ate
very little that day. I had oatmeal and strawberries for bk, some
green beans for a snack and baked potato for lunch. I didn’t throw
up any food; I think it’s just a sensitive stomach to the ES. I
would really recommend the ornithine to help you sleep though!
Barry, I think your body can get used to anything. That BWH and
Wormwood tincture was really disgusting but somehow my mouth
adjusted to it after taking it enough times. Maybe the fact that we
don’t take the oil/grapefruit juice every day is what is holding us
back to adjusting to it
I have never read anything about using
orange juice, just lemon and grapefruit, but that doesn’t mean you
can’t.
I saw one stone and a lot of sludge today. It moved out pretty
slowly because I couldn’t drag myself to taking that ES again
today
I never had any gallbladder symptoms, so maybe my
gallbladder is pretty well cleared out from the last cleanse. I’m
going to start the liver diet by Cabot and see how that goes because
my real goal here is to lose the last #20. I’m sure cleaning the
body’s filter with the cleanses is a good start. I think I’ll wait a
month before I go for a third one hehehe, don’t wanna get addicted
to them LOL j/k
I guess I’ll go zap myself so I don’t get this horrible virus the
kids have

Kate,
Thanks for the knowledge that you give. Everyone has something to add
that can be very helpful for the rest of us.
You are not really going to want to hear this, but, if you want to
loose weight, I can tell you what happened to me. In 4 months I’ve
lost over 10 lbs. Closer to 15 lbs. Not only does a good diet change
help drastically but I attribute a lot of it to the ES drinks. What I
mean is, the ES causes me horrifying diarrihea. Eliminating gallons
of body retained water before the oil drink and the next morning,
along with fasting practically 2 days every 2 weeks, has helped a
lot. I really get drained from the ES and everything moves out,
including extra body water. It’s almost a dehydrating effect that I
really look forward too. I think that also contributes to the
euphoric feeling after a flush. Anyway, I know you can’t stand ES,
but it really does the body many different kinds of wonders.
Just a thought.
Good luck on your next cleanse.
Barry.

Gee Barry, still waiting for that euphoric feeling here! LOL I did
but it’s also an acquired
the Flush the Fat diet by Gittleman last month and lost 5lbs the
first week. You drink unsweetened 100% cranberry juice diluted with
water 8 times a day which really gets rid of water retention. I’d
prefer that over the ES any day!

from around 175 lbs to 160 lbs. Too much in my opinion. I like the
thin-ner look that I have now but some people have said that I look
too thin.
The euphoric feeling after a cleanse is very common. I guess in some
ways it helps in also clearing the mind. Clean the body and the mind
feels good. The first few flushes, that euphoric energy feeling was
very strong for me. Those toxins were probably really getting my
down.
