Hello,
I shared about my cleanse and the vomiting etc. I had some broth this morning
and then just about 1/2 hour ago I had some more soup with the veggies, not a
lot of veggies and they are basically mush now. My stomach is in a cramp,
severe cramp right in the middle of my stomach….has anyone experienced this
with a flush? Perhaps I really did have a flu as I suspected….
