I have noticed SUCH a difference since drinking a quart of Granny Smith apple
juice every day. I add the juice of a lemon to it and it’s a great cleanser.
I’ve read that in addition to stimulating the production/flow of bile,
apple juice is cleansing for other fluids in the body as […]

February 27th, 2005 · No Comments
What happened when you did the kidney cleanse? Did stones or other
stuff come out? was it painful or did you feel pressure or
nausea during or after the cleanse? How did you know when your
kidneys were “clean”? Thanks for your reply.

Hello Susan,
Susan, please go to the site mentioned in Agnes’ letter.
Here is a small quote which may help.
“Roughly 75% of the blood entering the liver is venous blood from the
portal vein. Importantly, all of the venous blood returning from the
small intestine, stomach, pancreas and spleen converges into the

Many years ago, I heard from a doctor that soybean oil is used to help

I notice many of you have read Hulda Clarks work and I was wondering
if she says anything about Harmone replacement therapy? I have 2 of
her books and a third on order but haven’t come across anything yet.
Thanks for any info you may have on this.

2nd flush RESULTS
February 27th, 2005 · 3 Comments
Thanks Claudia and Barry for your comments. Yes, I did fast and ate
very little that day. I had oatmeal and strawberries for bk, some
green beans for a snack and baked potato for lunch. I didn’t throw
up any food; I think it’s just a sensitive stomach to the ES. I
would really recommend […]

2nd flush..Nausea…
February 26th, 2005 · 3 Comments
Doesn’t anyone here shake the oil together with
grapefruit or lemon juice? In all the times I have
done this, I shake the oil and juice together and
drink it down quickly, then it’s not like drinking
just oil…still pretty yucky, but I can’t imagine
drinking just oil ;-b I’d better get to bed!
Goodnight! claudia

Yes, I’m sure he has an opinion on liver flushes because Quackwatch has a
quite strong one about Dr. Clark!
Thanks for letting me know who he is. I’ve seen things about quackwatch but
never paid attention to who runs it. That puts it in perspective. I wasn’t
giving it a whole lot of weight, but just wanted […]

feedback on polls
February 26th, 2005 · No Comments
Okay, I’ve listened to the feedback (on and offlist) about the polls and went
back out there to revise them. Hopefully they are more fitting now. By the
way, anyone can go out there and create a poll, so if you don’t care for the
way I did them, please feel free to make up one that you […]
