I have not been able to tolerate eating garlic and onions since I
was about 16. Do you think this has anything to do with a congested
liver or unhealthy bowel and would cleansing perhaps make this
condition improve? Or is it an enzyme thing? It’s very hard to stay
away from either since most people and restaurants cook with them.
When I do eat them (fresh mostly, I can handle processed ones) they
just run through and cause gas pain. You all seem so full of
knowledge, I just had to ask your opinion.
Thanks!~!

Over time I have read a lot of accounts of people who had changes in
allergies after doing cleansing, so I would think it’s highly possible that
cleansing could increase your tolerance for garlic and onions. Hey, if that
was me I’d do anything I could to take care of that - you’ve probably noticed
that I love garlic and use it a lot!
Anyway, I do think it could help - and it sure can’t hurt. I hope you’ll
keep us posted.
