About gall stones

Hi folks
Just wanted to let you know that I’m doing the cleanse tonight. I was doing
it on Friday nights, but I’ve found Wednesdays to be a good day for me for a
regular juice fast, so it’s easier to just incorporate the cleanse with that
one instead of doing another one one every other Friday. Besides, if I’m
going to deal with the effects of the Epsom Salts in the morning I’d rather
do it at work (there’s a bathroom very close by), rather than wasting weekend
time. I decided this time I would go back to the standard “Clark” cleanse (I
haven’t been using the Epsom Salts) and I’m going to elevate my hip somehow
when I lay down. I’ve also gotten organic cold-pressed virgin olive oil for
this one. I hadn’t been using organic olive oil before and I know Dale has
recommended it, so I figured I would spend the extra and get the best quality
I could find.
