HI,
I am doing my 2nd flush and this time I used 1.5 cups of grapefruit juice
and 1 cup of olive oil. I used 4 tbsp. of epsom salts.
I’m not getting many stones but I’m getting a lot of green sludge.
What is this - does anyone know? Is it just bile being released from all
that olive oil?

From what I understand, the sludge is just as good to get out as the stones.
It is possible that now that the sludge is coming out it will be easier to
get stones out in the future. Think of regular stones in mud and how much
harder it would be for those stones to move. Then imagine if the mud was
rinsed out, so to speak, and how that would allow for movement of the stones.
Since it’s green, that’s a confirmation that it’s come from the
liver/gallbladder and that’s a GOOD thing.
day, and I’m assuming that you did the cleanse last night? So it’s highly
possible that in later bowel movements through the day you will see stones.
Even if you don’t, though, you can consider this cleanse a success because
you got all that sludge out of you.
Keep up the good work!

But
in health,
Well, it’s hard to comment on something that I didn’t actually see.
from what I understand, the olive oil gets absorbed - or at least a lot of it
does. Did it seem to have the same consistency as olive oil or was it
thicker? Was it like a solid color or did it seem to be grainy?
I’m definitely not an expert and I’m sure you’ll hear much more from others
when they check their mail. But I think that the sand/sludge type stuff
could potentially turn into stones later on (the longer they stay inside
you), so it’s excellent to get rid of it.
And I think it’s highly unlikely that what you saw was nothing more than
olive oil and bile. I’m one who believes that there’s no such thing as an
unsuccessful cleanse, so whatever it is that came out of you - your body is
better off now that it’s gone. And I still think that you might see other
things in later bowel movements through the day. Some people report seeing
stones even in following days! But I think we need to keep in mind that some
of the things that cause our bodies harm are not visible to the naked eye, so
when you flushed your liver, you undoubtedly eliminated a lot that you just
can’t see. Does that make sense?
Take heart - you’ve done something great for yourself and you can be proud of
that.

I think you can do a dance about the stones that came out! You’ve done well.

This is a GREAT success! It’s easy to compare with other people’s stories
and be disappointed with results, but each body is different and your body
will eliminate what is right for it to eliminate at that time. People have
different numbers of stones, different sizes of stones, different conditions
of the liver/gallbladder, different responses to the mixtures, etc….
Next time you might have very different results - maybe more, maybe less.
Anyone who has done a number of cleanses can attest that the results vary.
It’s important to trust the process and trust your body’s ability to use what
you’re doing to cleanse itself. Maybe you’ll just get a “feeling” that you
should do some aspect of it a little differently this time and that could
very well be your body communicating to you what it needs. Don’t laugh - we
listen to our bodies all the time, whether we realize it or not.
