I started using a lot of lemon for health purposes and have noticed
that my teeth now have a stain on the cutting surfaces. It looks
like they are thinning. I’m sure its the acid in the lemon eating
away at my enamel. Stopping the lemons is not happening anytime
soon, they are an integral part of my health programm. Any ideas
about how I can protect my teeth? Something non-toxic please.
Thanks

Hi Jah’net, just wondering about what you said about the lemons, are you
chewing any part of the lemon, or just drinking the juice? Have you
tried brushing immediately afterwards and rinsing your mouth real good.
Lemons are alkalizing foods after you eat them.

Kathy
I started out using lemons in a cleanse. When the cleanse was over I
continued using them. I use them in hot and cold water drinks two to three
times a day. Whenever I eat fish or greasy foods I eat lemon slices. It
seems to keep my liver happy and my indigestion down. I am surprised to be
eating them for so long. Usually I’d get sick of them and stop, but not so
far. I guess they are providing something I really need at this time.
