Question for Dax?

BlankWhat is the difference between liver salts and Epsom salts. I think that I
may have made this mistake.
I took what I thought were epsom salts, but it didn’t taste bad. Most people
seem to really dislike the taste of epsom salts.
I looked on the packet and it said magnesium sulphate which I thought was the
same as e psom salts?
Thanks Anne

Liver salts are health salts…like Andrews or Japps. They are effervescent
when mixed with water and are usually used as a pick me up the morning
after. They are sweet-ish and pleasant to drink.
I’m not sure what Magnesium Sulphate is…but you should be able to get
Epsom Salts either from a chemist (pharmacist) or a health shop. They are
not effervescent and have a bitter taste.

    Anne,
Epsom salt is Magnesium Sulphate. Same thing. Magnesium Sulphate has
many comercial names. Many countries even use it as a mild laxative.
    Barry.
