Gallbladder treatment at relfe.com

May 30th, 2004 · 2 Comments

Next week I am scheduled (and feel like doing) my 11th cleanse. I was
thinking of trying the treatment at relfe.com
Has anybody tried this one?
In its directions, the lemon juice and olive oil are not mixed
together but taken one after the other…how come? I thought the
point of lemon juice wiht olive oil was to make the oil into tiny
dropplets so it would be easier to take in….but I do not really
know.
…another question…has anybody tried unfiltered olive oil? Just
wondering
thanks
Julian

    Hi Julian
The last two GB cleanses I’ve done are the one at relfe.com. I actually
just mixed the oil and lemon juice and took them together. My step-dad did
it the way they say, doing oil and then lemon juice and when I told my mom I
had mixed mine together she said he would probably do it that way next time,
too. I can’t see that it would make a difference.
Another purpose of the lemon juice, from what I understand, is to soften the
gallstones. It’s also a great cleansing agent.
I’ve done the cleanse two ways now and I much prefer the way they say at
relfe.com, which by the way is from the book “Are You Stoned?”.

I didn’t know either, Annie, so I just went ahead and mixed them together.
I figured that they were mixed by the time they got down my throat anyway. :) Rachel
