I’m Stunned!

Did the flust last night and IT WORKED! The epsom salts was horrible,
but the Grapefruit/oil drink was ok. Went to bed and had a hard time
falling asleep, was nervous a bit I guess. Just got up an hour ago
and went once so far. GOT ABOUT 12 STONES ALL THE SIZE OF A PENCIL
ERASER!!!!! Cut one in half and you guessed it, pure black! I’m in
shock. I really thought nothing would happen, but whoa! I only went
once so far, maybe there will be more to come…

    Black ?
Did you drink “BLACK” olive oil ?
Considering “the fact” that gallstones are just “congealed olive oil”,
oil you took must have been BLACK. :-) Thank you for sharing your story with us.
We are waiting for the rest of the story…
Get also some camera and make some photos !
It would be nice if we could see your stones.

Nope, It’s regular “oil” color, not black. Used “Spectrum Naturals”
organic cold pressed virgin olive oil. Got it at a Health food store.
My Doctor said I had a “fatty” liver and my cholorestrol, lipids and
enzimes were through the roof, so I thought I would give this a try!
Went about 8 time so far and got a “Plateful”. Too many to count
    now…

LOL! That’s a good one, Agnes. Wonder what those people who’ve been on here
trying to disapprove the cleanses would have to say about this.

Thanks! In the first photo, I put a dime on the plate to show the
size. Believe it or not, It’s 3 in the afternoon now and I just had
another “go”. Got lots more stones! When will this let up? (I don’t
really want it to!)My gut is still grumbling alot…

after a “GOOD” Cleanse you MAY have a slight Electrolyte Imbalance…
Chick Soup may be Tempting BUT avoid it ! (too Fatty) Lots of Water
Helps…any suggestions, Group, for ‘After-Cleanse’ Recovery? Raw Veggies
    maybe….
    I always went thru a ‘Lathargic’ Transition…FEELING DRAINED…(this is
WHY Two-Weeks in Between Flushes is Recommended) possibly Apple Cider
Vinegar to replace Vitamin Loss? REST ALOT ! (enjoy ‘The Ride’) and again
Congrats on a Successful Cleanse. (Pedealite to Replace Electrolytes?)

Spiritsearchers, you did a great job.
(But, what happened with black stones? You flush them?
I want a photo of black stones ;-(
Now, you know that there is a way.
But, this is just a beginning.
Your body is most likely full of toxins, and your body will keep creating
    stones for some time.
Stones you got, almost all of them, have been created inside of your liver.
They may have come out from your gallbladder, also, but main place where they
    have been “growing” is Liver.
The main difference between stones that have been growing inside liver and
stones that have been growing inside Gallbladder is:
    Gallbladder stones are polyhedral faceted.
Liver stones are irregularly shaped, just like your stones.
Not all stones inside Gallbladder are polyhedral faceted.

ONLY stones that have been growing inside gallbladder are polyhedral faceted.
Gallbladder can also hold hundreds of stones that “rolled out” from the liver.
Those stones are NOT polyhedral faceted, unless they continue growing inside
    GB.
Spiritsearchers, your liver will for sure need few more cleanses.
But, far more important then cleanses is what you do every day.
To totally heal your liver, you will have to make some adjustments in your
diet, lifestyle as well as emotional life.
    Important dietary steps are:
-Avoiding of all processed foods (most important for your liver)
-Avoiding fried foods, margarines, and other high heated fats
-Avoiding foods you do not tolerate well
    What you should eat:
-A lot of good - natural oils and fats like olive oil, raw coconut (chew it
long time), flaxseed oil, and fish
    -Watercure
-Unrefined salt instead of table salt
    -Soy lecithin
    -Vegetable juices and fresh fruits
-And all the other natural foods you tolerate well
Water, oils, lecithin, Unrefined salt, Cholagogues will prevent gallstones
formation, if your body is clean.
If your body is full of toxins, liver will continue creating stones, until most
    of accumulated toxins are out.
That is why it is important to keep cleansing until you get no stones.
Change of attitude is also important.
Unexpressed emotions like fear; anger and hatred can harm liver and
gallbladder, and can be materialized in form of gallstones.
Sometimes, these are not our own emotions.
Sometimes, we inherited emotions from our ancestors.
Fear and doubt creates anger, anger grows into hatred.
Improve your intuition, and overcome fear and doubt.
    It all goes together,
You cannot improve your intuition, without making changes in your lifestyle and
    diet.
    Best of health
    Agnes

    Adrianne, you are doing great.
Considering a fact that you have had a surgery, you are one of few people
who continue healing liver after gb surgery.
You are an example how it shoud be done..
Just follow your way. You know what is right for you.
Don’t let other people influence you, not now after you “climbed higher
mountine”, and after you can see further then they can.
    regards
    Agnes

Wow! Sounds like you know your stuff! I just printed your post,
sounds like words to live by. To be honest… I’m 36 and I’m not
a “health” person. I usually eat whatever I want, Have 5 cups of
coffee and smoke 2 packs a day. The Doctor told me the blood test
results, I paniced and found this group with info on a liver cleanse.
Now, with all that’s happened, and your advice, I think things are
    gonna change….
Thanks so much for your and everyones support! You have no idea how
glad I am that I found this group! John

I’m curious as to why you want a longer break this time. Is it because you
didn’t pass as many stones last time? I read your post right after I decided
to do one with just a one week interval this time! I know that every body
is different and we each need to make our own choices about what we think is
good for ourselves. After this cleanse I might decide for a longer interval,
too. I’m just always interested in the background of why people decide
certain things. If you’ve already answered that question in a previous
email, I apologize. I haven’t come across it yet.
    Thanks,

Still think I need to wait a bit
before doing any more cleanses, because of the way I physically felt
    during the cleanse this time.
    Adrienne
    **************
    Hi, Adrienne,
When I first started the cleansings, the first few didn’t make me very sore.
I just recently had a couple where I was extremely sore for a week in my GB
area. I added more garlic and drank a lot of lemon water. Lemon water helps
the irritation a lot. I know it’s because in the last couple of cleanses, I
passed larger stones. They were darker green. And from my husband looking
at all of my stuff that I’ve passed in all of my cleanses, he thinks
everything is in layers in the GB.

That is so wise - to listen to your body and know when it’s suggesting that
you take a break. I think that there is no particular protocall or schedule
that is right for absolutely everybody and we each need to find our own way,
    to a certain extent.
Two weeks ago I had thought about doing a cleanse even though there had only
been a week since the prior one. But something told me that it wasn’t a good
idea. I just didn’t feel right about it, so I waited. This time, though,
I just feel like it’s the right thing to do at this time. I feel very good
about it. :) Thanks for sharing your thoughts,
    Rachel

    Hi Tom
After my last cleanse I enjoyed a bowl of Spinach Fennel soup which was
really soothing. As for replacing electrolytes, I’ve read that carrot juice
is excellent for that. I do also use Apple Cider Vinegar on a regular basis
and think it has a plethora of great healing qualities!

I’ve often wondered how those people did count them - the ones who say
they’ve eliminated hundreds of stones but seem to know a fairly exact number! :) I’m glad you had a positive result and I’m sure your test results will be
vastly different the next time if you keep this up!!

Use a Collander SPECIFICALLY for catching Stones !
DO NOT reUse same Collander for FOOD (EEWWWW)
I learned this trick from a Guy that uses a ‘Coloma Board’…which looks
something like an Ironing Board that you Lay back ON while doing a Deep Enema
(involving a 5 Gallon Bucket of Water)
LOTs of Stuff comes OUT. He even had a 2 Foot long Mucus Plug (GUNK
that lines our intestines) NO wonder our Bodies have trouble absorbing FOOD.
Radical Sounding Stuff BUT my friend went from Death Bed to Total Health
    (His symptoms mimmicked AIDs/HIV)

Actually I do use a colander for catching stones. But do people really sit
there and count THOUSANDS of stones?
And yes, I keep it the colander in the bathroom and definitely don’t use it
