Here are my answers to the questions I asked, in case anyone is
interested:
I had my first attack about a month ago.
I just turned 40 last month.
I am more than 100 pounds overweight.
I have had a total of 4 attacks. I had one, then didn’t have another
one for about ten days, and then had three within 24 hours (after
dinner, after lunch and after dinner the following day)
I did a gallbladder flush last week and eliminated a couple dozen
stones.
In addition to that I have adjusted my eating habits - reducing fat
intake and increasing whole foods. I’m eating green apples, which
soften the gallstones and including other foods which allegedly help
to eliminate the gallstones. I’m using an herbal tincture called
Fennel Wild Yam Supreme, which improves the function of the

gallbladder. I have done castor oil packs on my abdomen. I had
reflexology done on the gallbladder pressure point on my foot.
I would rate all of the above as VERY successful since it has been 2
and a half weeks since the last attack.
Thanks for listening,
Rachel
