What if it’s all of the above? I had the mild symptoms, then I had a
gall bladder attack which was what led the doctor to prescribe the
ultrasound which revealed the gallstones!
So I said the
ultrasound because that was what technically showed that there were
gallstones.
Anyway, that leads me to some questions, if anyone is interested in
answering them. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of activity out here
so I didn’t think anyone would mind if I posted some questions. Feel
free to skip anything if you think it’s too personal.
Thanks in advance,
Rachel
–How long ago did you have your first gall bladder attack?
–what is your age? (I only ask because it’s said to be a factor)
–do you carry excess weight (asking for the same reason as above)
–How many have you had?
–What is/was the frequency?
–Have you done a gallbladder flush yet? If so, how many and what
were the results?
–What other approaches have you used for dealing with the gallstones?
–How would you rate the success of what you have done? (not
successful, somewhat successful, very successful….)
Thank you, to anyone who is willing to respond. Your answers might
help others as well as myself.
Rachel

Hello,
It was all of the above for me, too, but I had a horrible, horrible attack,
as I’m sure many of you on this board are aware of having experienced
yourselves.
I tried to get into the poll, but I can’t remember my ID number and password
right now, and I’m too tired to try to fiddle with it.

Question #1. How long ago did you have your first gall bladder attack?
Answer: Back in early December of last year, that was the GB attack that
sent me to ER. Since that time, I’ve had several, but none on the par with
that one. After I came home, took antibiotics and pain-killers, then in
January 2001 was went I started seriously cleansing. I did two GB cleanses
that month. No problem!
Question #2 what is your age? (I only ask because it’s said to be a factor)
Answer: I’m 48 years old. Yes, it’s a factor. For religious reasons
because of the lower and higher meaning of eating meat, I don’t eat certain
meat, meaning pork, certain seafood, etc. But I did consume a large amount
of cheese all of my life. As a matter of fact, it was my weakness.
Question #3 –do you carry excess weight (asking for the same reason as above)
Answer: Yes, I certainly carry around extra baggage, but it just doesn’t
come off yet. I’m sure my enlarged GB is some of the problem.
Question #4 –How many have you had?
Answer: On attacks, I really don’t know. Some have been minor. Since I
started Beta-TCP, I really haven’t had any. Just soreness at times in the GB
area.
Question #5: What is/was the frequency?
Answer: See above.
Question #6: Have you done a gallbladder flush yet? If so, how many and
what
were the results?
Answer: Yes, my next cleanse will be the #12. I just finished 11 last Wed.
On the last one, I really didn’t prepare beforehand too well, and I was
nauseated quite a bit during the cleanse. The peppermint oil did work a
little. I know to prepare as I always do the other times now. However, I
got out a load. Lots of dark to medium green little ones, and many larger
ones. I noticed several the size of about a quarter, darker green. I’m
very, very sore. Actually, I’m still sore. My husband thinks that a couple
must have been against the lining of my GB and when they passed, there is an
irratated place there now.
Question #7 –What other approaches have you used for dealing with the
gallstones?
Answer: I stay on a healthy diet, although, yes, sometimes I cheat. I take
certain vitamins, drink lots of water. I basically cut out cheese. I do
have a little cheese sometimes like baby swiss or something but never much of
that. One night I was craving a pizza really bad, so my husband made some
healthy pizza dough, we put fresh veggies on it, mozz. cheeze and some baby
swiss. I didn’t have one problem eating it.
Question #8 –How would you rate the success of what you have done? (not
successful, somewhat successful, very successful….)
Answer: Considering the doctors in ER thought that I was crazy saying that I
wanted to go home and try my diet again (didn’t tell them about the cleanse),
I think that I’ve been successful. I look at it as a long-term change. You
can’t eat junk your whole life and expect results overnight. One of the
“arrogant” doctors said that, “Your diet won’t help you. It will take you a
thousand years to shrink those gallstones. You’ll be back. You have a
diseased GB and there’s absolutely nothing that you can do about that!”
Well, I may have a diseased GB, but at least I’m taking charge and trying. I
may have to have it out one day, I don’t know. I also know that people die
from having their GBs removed or after having them removed, they’re still
very ill. Personally, I don’t think many doctors really understand the human
body that much at all. Now, we all have to die at least once. So I’ll die
someday just like everyone else will. Who knows when. It just happens. I’m
trying, and that’s all I know.

I have a queation - Does the cleanse remove stones
that are calcium or only the cholesterol stones?
The flush will clean out both types but the calcium type is sometimes harder
for some to get to move out. One of the problems is being specific when
doing a flush. By that I mean the side that you lay on for the start of the
flush. Cholesterol gallstones will float so laying on the right side is
idealy positioning the stones at the neck of the gallbladder to be pushed
out into the common bile duct and then have them move on into the intestines
just after the duodenum valve of the stomach. So, when seeking to get a
calcified stone laying on the left side is prefered.
A view of the gallbladder is really a good way to see how to position it to
get the best results possible. I was going to send a link with this to a
site that has a great picture set but for some reason or another it doesn’t
appear to be available. Sorry.

Anyway there are gallstones, but there is no inflammation of
the gallbladder wall, no tenderness, no infection.
Did you have any of those things? Or did they just
call it “diseased” because there are gallstones?

Rachel,
I may have forgot to say that my GB was enlarged, too. I was so sick and he
was telling me all this stuff, plus the demoral shots, I just couldn’t argue
with the so-called doc. He also put me on some 100-something dollar
antibiotics.
He said, “I can’t believe you’re going home. You’ll be back!”
Well, I don’t have insurance, but if I do have to eventually have it removed,
I sure won’t be seeing him.
The other doctor was pretty kind about it and he was the surgeon.
