I am a breastfeeding mother with five children, starting my first flush
tomorrow. Is it okay to drink water after 2 p.m., or is it best to drink
nothing? I’ve had 4 attacks in the past month, two days ago being my worst, I
praise God for finding this site before they took my gallbladder. Thank you so
much for your help. Heidi

Heidi,
It is OK.
Just don’t drink water few hours after you take oil.
But, after oil, you will not feel to take anything.
Gallstones usualy becomes symptomatic while pregnant or after childbirth.
Mainly because of water, minerals and oil deficiancy, and sugar excess.
Many women have done cleanse while breastfeeding without any problems for
child.
Some have done it while pregnant with no problems.
Natural Olive Oil is absolutely no harm for baby or for milk. Make sure it is
organic, extra virgine.
Freshly pressed fruit juice is usualy no harm for baby or for milk, unless you
are allergic.
Magnesium Sulfate is not a problem, because body takes only as much as it
needs.
All over the needs is never absorbed.
To prevent absorption, body inniciates diarrhea by increasing intestinal
“pumping”.
People who get diarrhea in the evening, should decrease (1/2) the evening
dose.
Evening dose should not cause diarrhea. It shoild be absorbed.
People who do net get diarrhea after all 4 cups, (1 in 20), needs magnesium
very badly.
They should take Magnesium daily.
People who take 1/2 tsp daily or 1tsp daily of Magnesium (MgSO4) have only
reported good health.
If taken daily, amount should be shared in two doses, morning dose and on dose
around 4pm.
If taken daily, you should never take the amount that causes diarrhea.
Take always half or less of the half of the amount that previously caused
diarrhea.
Magnesium is a critical element in 325+ biochemical reactions in the human
body.
I believe it is most common deficient essential nutrient.
