I just completed my 4th flush yesterday. As in the past 3 flushes I
followed Dr. Clark’s recipe. (6 & 8pm Epsom water, 10pm Olive oil and
grapefruit juice mix). Next morning 6 & 8am Epsom water.
I passed about 100 larger bile stones (1/2″ to 1″ in diameter”),
(1cm to 2.5cm). I also passed quite a few yellow stones and a lot of
new, small stones.
This time it was 3 weeks since my last flush. The previous time I
waited 4 weeks. Waiting longer caused more smaller, newer ones to
come out. I am going to try to do my 5th flush in two weeks exactly.
Some things I have learned thru experience:
Keep your Epsom water at room temp. Have a piece of your favorite
hard candy right next to you, open. Plug your nose while chugging the
Epsom water, and while still plugging your nose, suck on the candy for
a few seconds. Then spit it out. You will not even taste the Epsom
water.
Keep a few pieces of hard candy on your nightstand. Suck on them for
a few seconds whenever you feel the need. Just keep spitting them
back out.
When drinking the olive oil/juice mixture, sit up straight. Drink a
big gulp every 2 minutes exactly. It will take 15 minutes to finish
1 cup total. Then suck on your candy again. Lie flat on your back as
long as possible.
I believe that the reason for the Epsom water in 4 doses is to dilate
the ducks allowing the stones to pass easily. Skipping this part of
the flush may cause a stone to get stuck. I would not suggest
skipping this part.
Also, this is a LOT of sodium. I don’t think I would do it if I were
pregnant and/or breastfeeding. Maybe you could store up a little milk
ahead of time for a few days worth.
Your body needs time to get back in balance. More frequently than
2 weeks seems more risky than waiting.
Thanks again for all of you giving input to this list.
See you in a few weeks.
